Going For A Walk

Perhaps stating the most obvious, but when you take your dog for a walk, it’s their walk. We don’t subscribe to the idea that you’re walking and the dog is lucky to be joining you. The whole point is that the walk should fulfil all the mental and physical stimulus that your dog needs.

We hate seeing someone drag their dog away when they are having a wee. How would you feel if someone dragged you away from the toilet ‘mid-stream’?  Walking with your dog should be a pleasure for you both, not a chore.


A walk should be pleasurable for both you and your dog. We may have to work on a few issues to make the walk a great activity for dog and human alike, but it’s up to us to understand what our dog needs on a walk, and provide it.
