Advice: A Guide

ScruffyCute02There are a lot of articles and information to digest in the site.  We make no apologies for that – there’s a lot to take in!

We want you to understand your dog and be able to solve problems yourself by being able to think through the issue you’re having.  The site is here if you need us, but you need to be able to work problems out yourself with your own dog.  We want to guide you so you can have a full and enjoyable life with your little doggy friend.

With that in mind, we’ve split the advice area into three easy to understand sections.  Here’s a guide to those sections.

Wolf-Banner01RED:  STOP!  These are crucial foundation articles you MUST READ before you move on or attempt anything with your dog.

All of these articles are an important stage on your journey, so please do not skip any of these articles. They’re designed to give you a little background and context before you start trying to solve problems. Rather like building a house, if you don’t have solid foundations, then the whole thing will fall down around your ears.

Max-Banner01AMBER:  Get Ready…  Expanding on some of the themes we’ve touched on in the RED section, we can get ourselves ready for action.

It’s not just about your dog, but also about YOU.  Let’s get you in the right frame of mind to tackle what lies ahead by looking at how we have to interact with our dog to solve whatever issues crop up.

Boys-Banner01GREEN:  Let’s Go!  Time to talk about situations and solutions.  Hopefully, when you get here, you’ll have a much better understanding of your dog and these articles will point you in the right direction to help you with your pooch.

Having taken in everything else, you should be ready to get cracking.  Let’s go!

If you’re unsure which advice section you’re in, the quote at the top of the article is highlighted in the colour of the section.  If the quote is in Red, you’re in the RED section, and so on.
